Summary
The heroine, now seventeen, was raped two years ago. After that, she had withdrawn into her own world and not wanted to have any contact at all with the other gender. The story begins when she moves with her parents to another town, and a boy from her school falls in love with her. At first, she will have absolutely nothing to do with him. The story is told in an unusual way: we learn about it alternatively through the girl’s diary and the letters written to her by the young man who is in love with her.
