This Sunday, December 7th, Miro Gavran's play "George Washington's Loves" will have its premiere at the Croatian Home in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Spanish translation of the play is by Ljilja Vlaho. The main roles will be played by Ana Premuz and Ornella Cardacci. The director is Maricel Villamonte. This emotional drama with unexpected plot twists was written by Gavran back in 1988 when it was first performed at the &TD Theatre in Zagreb. It deals with the encounter between a woman and the mistress of the first American president, a month after his death. This is the 37th premiere of this play, which has been performed worldwide and included in anthologies and readers in German, English, and Esperanto.
